Mimetic® Screening PuraPlate™ is supplied packed with ten high performance Mimetic® Affinity adsorbents in 8 x 0.25 mL columns in a kit form. This allows rapid selection of an appropriate adsorbent and/or high throughput method optimisation for purification of a given protein. Once conditions have been optimised, the selected adsorbent and conditions identified may be used to carry out purification at a larger scale in a conventional chromatography column. For best performance, Mimetic® Screening PuraPlate™ is used in a gravity flow mode with buffer and sample loading by the use of a multi-channel pipette. The use of centrifugation or a vacuum manifold is not required.

The plate is supplied with 10 individual columns containing 0.25 ml of each adsorbent.
