Plasma Proteins

PBL's Mimetic Ligand^TM technology has been applied to plasma proteins and an extensive range of affinity adsorbents have been developed for the extraction and purification of human plasma proteins. These adsorbents may be used individually or combined together in sequence providing a Plasma Protein Purification System ("PPPS™"), a concept originally developed in collaboration with the American Red Cross. PPPS™ enables highly efficient extraction of proteins from human plasma and provides high purities and high yields.
